Wildlife photographer Tom Moore lives in the green rolling hills of the Eastern Townships of Quebec. A chance discovery of a great horned owl nest in the forest near his home sparked an interest in wildlife photography that has not diminished over the years. Despite bugs of all types, long slogs through the woods with cumbersome equipment, heat, rain, cold and long periods of contemplation without result, all is forgotten when the click and whirr of the camera frames a new subject in its natural habitat.

Moore Nature Photography strives to preserve on film the antics and images of birds and animals in the wild. Tom's particular interest is in the subjects found in the immediate area of West Bolton and the nearby St. Lawrence River valley. In recent years, his vacation and business travels have more and more become bird photography expeditions, and his portfolio includes birds and animals from Scotland, Florida and British Columbia.
